Our approach
Nowdex is designed to show your AI service usage without collecting your credentials. We collect as little information as possible to provide the app.
Authentication credentials
Nowdex does not store your API keys, authentication tokens, or other account credentials on our servers. Credentials are stored locally using the operating system's secure Keychain and are used by the app to make requests directly to ChatGPT's interfaces.
Usage information
Your account usage data is requested directly by the app and displayed on your device. We do not operate an intermediary service that receives or stores this usage data.
Device and diagnostic data
If diagnostics are enabled in a future release, we will limit them to technical information needed to improve reliability. Diagnostics will not include your authentication credentials or the contents of your AI conversations.
Third-party services
Your use of ChatGPT and Codex remains subject to OpenAI's terms and privacy practices. Nowdex is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI.
Changes
We may update this policy as Nowdex adds support for more AI agents. The latest version and its effective date will always appear on this page.
