The service
Nowdex provides an iOS widget and related interfaces that display usage information from supported AI services. Features, supported providers, and availability may change over time.
Your accounts
You are responsible for your accounts with third-party AI services and for complying with their terms. You must not use Nowdex to access an account you do not own or have permission to use.
Availability and accuracy
Usage information is supplied by third-party services and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Nowdex is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nowdex and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Third-party names
Codex, ChatGPT, OpenAI, and other product names belong to their respective owners. Nowdex is an independent product and is not sponsored by or affiliated with those owners.
Changes
We may revise these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
